Bookings & Payments

How does the booking process work?

It's very simple. First, you browse and select the activity you're interested in. Once chosen, you add it to your customizable calendar and send the reservation request to the provider. The provider has a 48-hour window to accept or reject your request. If they accept, the payment is processed and the booking is confirmed.

When am I charged for an activity?

You are only charged after the provider accepts your booking request. If the provider does not accept the request within the 48-hour window or rejects it, you will not be charged anything.

Is my payment secure? How is my money handled?

Yes, your payment is 100% secure. You can pay by credit card or through Stripe. Once the payment is made, the platform holds the funds. The money is not transferred to the provider until the activity has been successfully completed. This gives you the security that you will never lose your money if the activity is not carried out for reasons beyond your control.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card or Stripe.

Does the platform charge a service fee?

Yes, we apply a 2% service fee on top of the activity's base rate. This fee is the platform's revenue.

Cancellations & Guarantees

Can I cancel a booking once it's confirmed?

As a user, cancellation of a confirmed booking is not permitted under any circumstances other than force majeure. This policy is in place to provide security to the providers, ensuring they will get paid if they carry out the activity.

What is the 'Lowest Price Guarantee'?

We are committed to ensuring you always get the lowest price. If you book an activity with us and then find the same activity advertised for a lower price elsewhere, we will refund you the difference. All our providers must always offer the lowest existing published price.

Features

How does the customizable calendar work?

It's one of our star features. It allows you to plan your trip in an integrated way, adding activities in half-hour intervals. When you add an activity, it will occupy as many half-hour slots in the calendar as its duration requires.

Can I share my calendar with my friends or travel group?

Yes! The platform is optimized for groups. You can share your activity calendar with other users. They, in turn, can modify the calendar by adding or removing activities and share it again, which makes organizing a group trip very practical.

How do I communicate with the activity provider?

Once your booking request is accepted by the provider and the payment has been processed, a chat channel is enabled between you and the provider. You can use this to finalize any details and coordinate as needed.

Besides activities, can I book anything else on the platform?

Yes. The platform also integrates a system to book vacation rentals through the Booking.com and a system to rent vehicles through the Rentalcars.
