A slow, ceremonial wellness session in the privacy of wherever you are staying. This is bodywork and breath, in the tantric tradition of presence and unhurried attention — not a sports massage and not a spa treatment on a conveyor belt. We begin with breathing, which is the part most people skip and the part that does the work: fifteen minutes of guided breath to let the nervous system understand that nothing is required of it. Then ninety minutes of slow bodywork with warm oil, working with the breath rather than against it. The room is prepared with candles and music; I bring everything, including the massage table. Available for one person or for a couple, in which case you are guided together. This is a non-sexual, fully clothed-optional therapeutic session and boundaries are agreed out loud before we start.
