Sant Antoni has a reputation, and the reputation is about four streets wide. This walk covers the rest of it. Two hours on foot through the old town: the fortified church that doubled as a refuge from pirates, the harbour before it was a harbour, why the town is called Portmany, what the fishermen did before anyone came here on holiday, and how a village of two thousand people ended up with the most famous sunset in Europe. We finish somewhere with a view of it. This is a genuine free tour — no ticket, no charge. If you enjoyed it, you tip the guide what you think it was worth at the end, and if you did not, you do not. Minimum four people for the tour to run; if fewer book, I will contact you to move you to another slot.
